1. Cancellation & Refunds
1.1 ISIN Onboarding – Unlisted Corporates
Raise refund request within 3 business days of uploading the documents for ISIN creation. Guarantee is void if you have
- Confirmed payment of fees to depositories
- Singed the Tripartite agreement
- Raised the request after 4 days
No refund will be provided in the above scenarios.
1.2 ISIN onboarding – AIF
Raise refund request within 3 business days of uploading the documents for ISIN creation. Guarantee is void if you have
- Confirmed payment of fees to depositories
- Singed the Tripartite agreement
- Raised the request after 4 days

1.3 White labelled solutions
Raise refund request within 7 days of your purchase. Guarantee is void if you have
- Signed off on the functional specs and the development has started
- Downloaded any of the POC resources
- Raised the request after 7 days
No refund will be provided in the above scenarios.
1.4 AIF Services
You are given a 7 day cool of period. Cancel your subscription before 7 days and you will be eligible to receive 80% of the invoice amount.
1.5 Front Office Services
Cancel your services within 7 days or before receiving any deliverable from us. You will receive 80% of the invoice amount.
1.6 Other Services
As per the mutual terms agreed in the contract

We are in a digital world and hence there are no returns
3. Shipping Policy
We offer online solutions. Therefore, there is no physical shipping of items
